Over the past 30 years, Elevator Advisory Group, Inc. has become a leader in the field of vertical transportation consulting by 

providing unparalleled knowledge and experience in the ethical representation of our valued clients.  

We are a locally owned and operated vertical transportation consulting firm, established in 1991 

by seasoned industry expert Ted Smith and now run by his daughter, Kathy.   

The firm is made up of experienced industry veterans who are specialists in design, construction, project management and inspection.  Well versed in all aspects of vertical transportation including industry standards, current code requirements, safety, and the latest innovations in technology. 

In 2012 EAG was honored to become the first WBE certified vertical transportation consulting firm.   We are proud to be 100% Woman-Owned and Operated, TG Certified by the State of Minnesota Department of Administration, as well as WBE and SBE by the CERT Program.
